Acceptable Use Policy
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do with the TaaS API Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that facilitates violence, or material that infringes third-party rights.
- Produce spam, phishing content, or deceptive communications at scale.
- Develop autonomous cyberweapons, malware, or tools designed to compromise systems without authorisation.
- Generate disinformation intended to deceive or manipulate public discourse.
- Circumvent safety measures built into models or our platform.
- Systematically harvest or scrape personal data in violation of privacy laws.
- Impersonate individuals, organisations, or AI systems in a harmful or misleading manner.
- Build surveillance tools targeting individuals without their knowledge or consent.
3. Rate Limits & Fair Use
Each API key has configurable rate limits (requests per minute, tokens per day). Attempting to circumvent rate limits through multiple keys or rotating credentials for the purpose of exceeding quotas is prohibited. Sustained abuse of shared infrastructure degrades service for all users and may trigger automatic throttling.
4. Content Standards
You are responsible for all content submitted through your API keys. Adult content is not permitted unless your account has been explicitly approved for such use cases. You must implement appropriate content filtering in consumer-facing products.
5. Automated Requests
Automated use is permitted and expected. However, you must not deliberately generate requests to probe model safety systems, reverse-engineer model weights, or extract training data through repeated systematic querying.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend accounts with or without notice for AUP violations. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and allow remediation for first-time minor violations. Severe violations (e.g. CSAM, weapons development) result in immediate permanent termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Reporting
